Terms of Service

AdflowKit is a service operated by MAIN SOFT S.R.L., a company registered in the Republic of Moldova, registration number (IDNO) 1024600010718, with its registered office at 22 Nicolai Gogol Street, Grigorăuca village, Sîngerei district, MD-6225, Republic of Moldova (“AdflowKit”, “we”, “us”). These Terms of Service govern your access to adflowkit.com and the AdflowKit banner generation service. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, the security of your credentials and all activity under your account.

The service

AdflowKit generates advertising copy and creative assets from URLs, images and prompts you provide. Features, formats and availability may change as the service evolves.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant AdflowKit the limited rights needed to host, process, reproduce and modify that content solely to operate, secure and improve the service and produce your requested results. You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions for everything you submit.

Generated assets

Subject to your compliance with these terms and payment of applicable fees, you may use generated assets for your own or client campaigns, including commercial campaigns. Because results are generated with automated systems, similar or identical material may be produced for other users, and exclusive rights are not guaranteed.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to:

• break the law, infringe intellectual property or violate another person’s rights;
• create deceptive, harmful, discriminatory or abusive content;
• upload malware, disrupt the service or bypass security or usage limits;
• reverse engineer or use automated access except where we have expressly allowed it;
• misrepresent generated content as approved, endorsed or guaranteed by Google or another platform.

Fees and refunds

Prices and included features are shown before purchase and may change prospectively. You authorize the applicable charges when placing an order.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled. You can cancel at any time from the Billing page; your plan remains active until the end of the paid period. Credit packs are one-time purchases, and purchased credits do not expire.

You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, as described in our Refund Policy. Refunds are processed by Paddle; you can also get help with an order at Paddle Buyer Support.

Advertising platform review

AdflowKit can help prepare assets for advertising platform specifications, but final review decisions are made by the relevant platform. We do not guarantee approval, campaign performance, clicks, conversions or business results.

Third-party services

The service may rely on or link to third-party products, websites and platforms. Their terms and privacy practices apply separately, and AdflowKit is not responsible for third-party services.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address a breach, security risk, legal requirement, non-payment or harm to the service or others.

Disclaimers

The service and generated results are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdflowKit disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. You are responsible for reviewing generated copy and assets before publication.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdflowKit will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data or advertising spend arising from use of the service. AdflowKit’s total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the service giving rise to that claim during the previous 12 months.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. The revised terms will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
