Refund Policy

AdflowKit is a service operated by MAIN SOFT S.R.L. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and processes all payments and refunds.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date. This applies to subscription payments, subscription renewals and one-time credit packs.

How to request a refund

Email hello@adflowkit.com from the address used for the purchase and include your order number from the Paddle receipt. You can also contact Paddle directly at paddle.net.

How refunds are processed

Refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take up to 14 days for the funds to appear.

Subscriptions and cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page. After cancellation your plan stays active until the end of the paid period and you will not be charged again.

After a refund

When a full refund is issued, the related subscription is canceled and the credits from the refunded purchase are removed from the account.
