Refund Policy

AdflowKit is a service operated by MAIN SOFT S.R.L. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Dodo Payments (dodopayments.com). Dodo Payments is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and processes all payments and refunds.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a purchase, you can request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date. This applies to subscription payments, subscription renewals and one-time credit packs. Credits are consumed as you generate banners, so the refund amount depends on how many of the purchased credits you have used:

• Unused purchase: full refund.
• Partially used purchase: we refund the unused credits at the price you paid per credit. For example, a 50-credit pack bought for $19.99 with 20 credits used is refunded 60% ($11.99).
• Fully used purchase: no refund, because the service has been delivered in full.

The guarantee lets you try AdflowKit without risk; it is not a way to use the service for free. We honour one money-back refund per account. Later purchases on the same account are final, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

How to request a refund

Email hello@adflowkit.com from the address used for the purchase and include the order number from your Dodo Payments receipt. We confirm every request within one business day and tell you the refund amount before it is issued.

How refunds are processed

Refunds are issued through Dodo Payments to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take up to 14 days for the funds to appear.

Subscriptions and cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page. After cancellation your plan stays active until the end of the paid period and you will not be charged again. Cancelling does not by itself trigger a refund.

For subscription payments and renewals the guarantee applies to the credits of the billing period that payment covers. Any refund of a subscription payment ends the subscription immediately: access and the remaining credits of that period are removed.

After a refund

Refunded credits are removed from the account: all credits of the purchase for a full refund, the unused credits for a partial refund. Credits from other purchases and banners you have already created are not affected.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
