Getting started

What is AdflowKit?

AdflowKit makes ready-to-upload ad banners for Google Display, Performance Max and Meta. You paste a landing-page URL or describe your offer. AdflowKit writes the headline, description and CTA, creates a background scene, adds your logo and exports every size you need from one design.

Do I need design skills?

No. You choose from up to three generated options and fine-tune them in a visual editor: change the text, colors, logo position and layout by clicking, not by drawing. Six layout directions are built in.

Can I try it for free?

Yes. You get 5 free banner packs and don't need a card. You can start as a guest and create an account later. You only need credits or a subscription after the free packs are used.

How is it different from Canva or ChatGPT?

Canva gives you templates to fill in yourself. ChatGPT and other image generators give you one picture, often with misspelled text. AdflowKit writes the ad copy, places it as real text, keeps it inside safe zones and lays out the same design again for every Display size and every PMAX or Meta ratio. It doesn't just scale one image up or down.

Which ad platforms and sizes are supported?

There are 11 formats in three presets:

  • Google Display: 300×250, 336×280, 728×90, 300×600, 320×100.
  • Meta Ads: 1200×628, 1200×1200, 960×1200, 1080×1920.
  • All standard sizes: all of the above plus 1:1 and 4:1 logo assets for responsive display and Performance Max.

Not sure which sizes you need? See Google Display banner sizes.

Credits and pricing

What is a credit, and what costs one?

One credit creates one creative option: a headline, description, CTA, background scene and your logo, ready in every format of the preset you chose. Here is what costs a credit and what doesn't:

  • 1 credit: each new creative option (up to three per brief).
  • 1 credit: changing the background with a prompt, which generates a new variant.
  • Free: editing the headline, description, CTA, colors, overlay, logo position and layout. These edits reuse the existing background.
  • Free: exporting every size of an option you've already created.

How much does it cost?

You can subscribe monthly or buy one-time credit packs. You can also combine them: packs add to your subscription credits.

AdflowKit plans
PlanPriceCreditsPer credit
Monthly subscription$9.99 / month30 every month$0.33
Starter pack$9.99 one-time20$0.50
Basic pack$19.99 one-time50$0.40
Popular pack$29.99 one-time85$0.35
Pro pack$39.99 one-time125$0.32
Max pack$49.99 one-time170$0.29

Do credits expire?

Credits you buy in packs never expire. Subscription credits reset at each billing cycle: the 30 credits of a month don't carry over to the next month. If you have both, top-up credits stay in your balance until you use them.

Do I get the credit back if I don't like the result?

No. Every generation uses real computing resources, whether the result is a keeper or an experiment, so each successful attempt costs one credit. In return, you get more than one picture: once you pick the option you like, it's already prepared in every format of your preset.

To spend fewer credits on results you don't want:

  • Fix text, colors and layout in the editor. That's free.
  • Change the background with a short follow-up prompt instead of starting over.
  • Write a clear brief. Our prompt guide shows how.

What if a generation fails because of a technical error?

Then you aren't charged. A credit is deducted only after a generation succeeds. If it fails with an error, no credit is taken from your balance and you can try again.

Should I choose the subscription or a credit pack?

Choose the subscription if you make banners every month. At $0.33 per credit it's cheaper than the smaller packs, but unused subscription credits reset each cycle. Choose a pack if you make banners now and then. The credits never expire, and bigger packs cost less per credit, down to $0.29 with Max.

How do I cancel the subscription?

Cancel any time from the Billing page in your account. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again. Canceling doesn't refund the current period by itself. See the next question for refunds.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, within 14 days of purchase. An unused purchase is refunded in full. A partly used purchase is refunded for the unused credits, at the price you paid per credit. A fully used purchase isn't refunded. The guarantee applies once per account. Email hello@adflowkit.com with your order number. The full terms are in the Refund Policy.

How do I pay, and do I get an invoice?

You pay for the plans above through our payment partner, Dodo Payments, which acts as Merchant of Record. Checkout, receipts, invoices and VAT are all handled by Dodo Payments. We never see or store your card details.

Creating banners

Should I start from a URL or a description?

Start from a URL if you have a landing page. AdflowKit reads it and drafts the headline, description and CTA from what's already there. Describe your offer in words if the page isn't live yet or you want a specific angle. Either way, you can edit the brief before you spend a credit.

My website import didn't work. What can I do?

Some pages can't be read automatically, for example pages behind a login or pages that block automated visitors. Switch to Describe my offer and paste the main points from the page: the offer, who it's for and the CTA. AdflowKit builds the brief from that instead.

Can I use my own photo as the background?

Not at the moment. You can upload your logo, but the background scene is generated. To get closer to the look you want, describe the scene in the brief or change it later with a follow-up prompt, such as "make the room brighter and add green plants".

How many design options do I get?

Up to three options per brief, at one credit each. Generate one, and if it's close to what you want, refine it in the editor instead of generating more.

Can I make banners in my language?

Yes. Write the brief in any language. The text is set by the layout engine instead of being drawn by the image model, so Latin, Cyrillic, Greek, Chinese, Japanese, Korean and right-to-left scripts such as Arabic all display correctly. If you import from a URL, the banners use the language of that page.

Can I make animated banners?

Yes. Turn on animation in the editor, choose fade-up, slide-left or CTA-pulse, set the duration and looping, add your destination URL and export a clickable HTML5 ZIP. Google Ads only allows HTML5 uploads from eligible accounts. If yours isn't eligible, use the static JPG.

How long does it take?

The first creative is ready in about 15 seconds. Options and sizes are generated in parallel, and editor changes apply instantly.

Exporting and running ads

Which file formats can I download?

JPG, WebP and animated HTML5 ZIP. For Google Ads and Meta, upload the JPG files. Use WebP for your own website, where smaller files matter.

Will my banners pass Google Ads review?

AdflowKit keeps files within Google's limits (150 KB for uploaded Display images, 600 KB for HTML5 ZIPs, 5 MB for Performance Max images) and keeps the text inside safe zones. The final policy review always happens in Google Ads and depends on your offer, landing page and industry as well.

Can I use the banners commercially or for clients?

Yes. You get full commercial rights to the banners you create, for your own campaigns or your clients', with no watermark.

Privacy and your data

Do you train AI models on my uploads or prompts?

No. Your logos, prompts, URLs and banners are your private data. We don't use them to train AI models. We process the content you submit only to deliver the banner generation and editing features you use.

Who can see my banners?

Your banners are available only in your account. Other users can't see them. They're stored encrypted in our database.

How long are my banners stored?

There's no time limit. Your banners stay in your account until you delete them, and you can manage them there yourself.

Do you share my data with anyone?

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the service: hosting, analytics, payments, customer support and AI-powered features. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business transaction. Payments are handled by Dodo Payments, and we never receive or store card numbers. The full details are in the Privacy Policy.

How do I delete my data or my account?

You can delete individual banners in your account at any time. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information. To make a request, including deleting your account, email hello@adflowkit.com. We may need to verify your identity first.

Account, teams and integrations

Can my team share one account?

Not at the moment. There are no team or agency workspaces yet, and each account belongs to one person.

Is there an API or an MCP integration?

Not yet. AdflowKit works in the web studio. If you need an API or MCP integration for your workflow, tell us at hello@adflowkit.com. Requests like these help us decide what to build next.

Which languages is the interface available in?

English, German, Spanish and French. Banner copy works in any language.

How do I contact support?

There are two ways:

  • In the app: use the Send feedback button to open a short form and send us a question, a bug report or an idea without leaving the studio.
  • By email: write to hello@adflowkit.com.

We answer every message, usually within one business day.
